DUI Manslaughter Charge for Alexandria Drunk Driver

22 year old Victor Aldana has been charged with DUI Manslaughter in Alexandria after running into and killing an 8 year old boy.  The boy was walking on the side of the road with his mother when he was struck.
The boy's mother was also serious injured, requiring surgery to repair her two broken legs and fractured pelvis. 
The City of Alexandria's Commonwealth's Attorney is reporting that Aldana's blood alcohol was almost twice the legal limit .15 when he was arrested.
